Due to the new restrictions, we have some temporary instructions in the studio in order to keep the number of people in the studio to a maximum of 20 people at a time. 💙
Limited access before and after class
→ The studio will stay open for classes and play sessions! However, it will currently not be possible to use changing rooms, showers, or to stay to stretch and hang out outside of class times.
→ We ask you to come as close to the starting time of your class as possible, already changed for class and to bring all your belongings, including jacket and shoes, into the class to go straight to your pole/hoop. Please bring a bag for your belongings to make this easier!
Temporary policy for missed classes
→ Due to the new restrictions, the policy for making up classes will temporarily be limited to the classes with fewer bookings in order to keep a safe distance during class. Classes with a 🐬 in front of the class name are the only classes that are open for you to make up if you have missed classes. Don't worry if you have missed many classes, you can carry over the classes to next term if you're booked into a course next term.
Entering and exiting the studio
→ If there are more than three people in the lounge when you arrive, we ask you to wait outside until your class starts! Please also speak to the person arriving after you in order to create a queue system. Your instructor will come and open the door in time for class to let you in!
→ Please make sure your water bottle is filled before coming to class. If possible, bring your own cloth for cleaning the pole. If not, just grab one of ours on your way in.
→ We enter the studio one by one and fill up the room starting with the poles the furthest away from the door.
→ When your class is over, please get dressed again by your pole and exit one by one.
→ Our hoop classes will use the emergency exit in the mix-room and our pole classes will use the emergency exit in the poleroom as the main exit. So bring all your belongings to your spot so you make room for the next class as quickly as possible!
→ The short break between classes will be used to make sure the next group can enter the studio, so it won’t be possible to stay and take pictures and videos for the time being.
→ If a class is full and it takes a little bit longer to safely get everyone in and out of the studio, we might need to cut the class a few minutes short – rather be safe than sorry! Should your class be affected, we will make sure you are offered extra drop-in classes to use anytime during the year!
We can do this! ✊💕
Health and hygiene are our utmost priorities and we make sure to take care of ourselves and each other! 💞 It is crucial that the studio remains a safe and secure place for both the students and staff, and we will continue to follow the authorities' recommendations for companies.
If we have to cancel a class due to many instructors being sick at the same time, or updates to the authorities' guidelines for us as a studion, we will send out an email to the students who are affected. We keep our calendar updated, so make sure to check the schedule before you go to the studio so you can be sure that you have the latest information! 🐬💎💙
Unlike many gyms everybody always has their own chair/pole/hoop in class and we have a limited amount of students in the studio at the same time, but we kindly remind everyone to continue to:
- Wash your hands often and carefully (especially when you first arrive at the studio).
- Disinfect your pole carefully before and after your training.
- Bring your own cloth to help the us have enough fresh cloths in the studion since we wash all our cloths after every use.
- Try to come in dressed in your training clothes and as close to your class time as possible, so we can keep the number of people in the changing room and lounge low.
- Greet each other at a distance instead of hugs.
- As always, it's important to stay at home if you feel unwell, so you get the rest you need and don't infect others!
You can be sure that we will:
- Have fresh clean cloths before every class
- Disinfect door handles, sink taps, etc multiple times per day
- Avoid tricks that require spotting / or close contact during classes
- Pause high-fives at the end of the class
